Ash Heritage Centre

The Heritage Centre is sited at Ash Village Hall. It is administered by the Ash Heritage Group which aims to collect and provide access to historic documents and photographs relating to the village of Ash near Sandwich in Kent.

Before COVID restriction, the Ash Heritage Centre was open on Saturday mornings 10am to 12 noon. Opening hours will be resumed when possible. The Centre houses a wide range of photographs, old deeds, maps, newspapers, DVDs and artefacts. Much has been catalogued. New acquisitions are welcome.

The Heritage Group aims to hold two talks of local heritage interest a year and to host school workshops. We have close partnerships with village organisations, holding many of their records such as the Cricket Club, the Ash Society, the Parish Council and the W.I.
