The Baring Foundation has commissioned the Restoration Trust to write a report on using creativity to engage people living with mental health challenges in heritage.
Please can you help us identify excellent examples of fascinating, inclusive projects from across the UK?
Heritage in this case means historic sites and landscapes, archaeology and archives. We are looking for examples where heritage and creativity are interwoven, and that show genuine participation/co-creation by people who are underserved by heritage.
Inclusion of ethnically diverse participants is an important priority for the report, and participants can be any age, and projects can be any size.
There will be a fee for organisations who contribute case studies.
They will be selecting case studies in February, so they would be delighted if suggestions could be passed to them as soon as possible via this email address.
