Facing the Future

Join us for the launch of the West Yorkshire Archive Service Community Archive Accreditation Scheme.

The morning session will feature speakers from the Community Archives and Heritage Group, funding bodies and others working in the sector. After lunch delegates have the opportunity to take part in training and workshops to help develop their skills and knowledge, supporting sustainability and development in community heritage. Training sessions on offer include oral history, funding opportunities, legislation, creating catalogues, digitisation and caring for photographs.

Of interest to all involved in community heritage from members of Community Archives, to those working in Archives, Museums and Libraries and with community groups.
