The Gardeners' House

The Gardeners’ House collection consists of over 2,000 books, documents, illustrations and objects, showcasing the achievements and stories from the last 200 years of people connected to West Cornwall’s natural heritage.

Our plan is to fully catalogue the existing collection and embark on a digitisation project that will make it accessible to the wider community.

We are a ‘living archive’ and will be actively adding to our collections through community projects like ‘Morrab Memories’, an oral histories project focused on people’s stories of Morrab Gardens and the wider Penwith area.
