St John's Kirk - Walls Heritage

Material related to North Walls and Brims, in the parish of Walls, in the island of Hoy, Orkney.

We’re at the start of collecting material which currently includes census transcriptions, notes from interviews with older residents (in 2000), notes and records on the history of the place, photographs (not currently in the building). 19th and 20th centuries.

Our building is a former mission church of the Church of Scotland that was bought by the community in 2007.

We are a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation SC048646
