The Hampstead Garden Suburb Archives Trust has an extensive and valuable collection of material relating to the history and development of Hampstead Garden Suburb in North West London, from its conception at the beginning of the 20th century to the present day.
It holds materials relating to individuals and organisations connected with the Suburb, with the garden city movement and the development of town planning. These include letters, documents, plans, photographs, sound and video recordings. Part of its collection, particularly building plans, is housed at the London Metropolitan Archives in Clerkenwell.
