Four Corners believes in film and photography for all. As a registered charity, our work builds upon almost 50 years of radical, socially-engaged approaches to photography and film.
The Four Corners Archive explores and documents the heritage of Four Corners, Half Moon Photography Workshop, and Camerawork Magazine, from 1972–1987. These East London-based collectives developed new approaches to socially-engaged filmmaking and photography, and sought to democratise the image making process.
Today, Four Corners is a centre for film and photography. Our exhibitions, community projects and training programmes draw upon our radical heritage.
