Community Archives and Heritage Group of the Month

Here at CAHG, we are constantly thrilled by the wonderful groups that make up our membership and, also, the amazing work that you all do. We want to celebrate that each and every month by making one of our member groups the Group of the Month and highlighting the contribution that they make.

If you would like to be considered for group of the month, then the process is really straight forward:

Firstly, ensure you are a current member of CAHG by checking here and completing an application to join if necessary. Then answer the following questions in no more than 200 words.

The panel will sit each month to decide the winning group for the following month and will notify all the applicants of whether they are the winner. If you’re unsuccessful, there is nothing to stop you applying again but each month’s winner will have their work highlighted via CAHG’s various communication channels.

At our annual conference one of the last 12 months winners will be awarded an additional title of Community Group of the Year and will be presented with an award at the conference.

We hope you’re inspired to get involved and we’re looking forward to hearing from you.
