We have a collection of items relating to the history of a small Lancashire cotton town dating from the mid-eighteenth century to the present day.
This may be a familiar story, but we have not catalogued our collection, although we have made a start: the storage arrangements are less than ideal, but we do strive to advertise our collection through local newspapers and giving talks to interested groups.
