Archaeological Records (Digital) Officer

Salary of £22,605 p.a. plus final salary pension scheme, 35 hours per week
The Museum of London's London Archaeological Archive and Resource Centre (LAARC) is looking for a motivated person to be part of the archaeological archive team. You will be responsible for the management of the transfer of archaeological archives from archaeological contractors into the LAARC; curate the archives once lodged with the LAARC; and make the archive accessible to Museum and external users.
The successful candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent, with substantial experience of working with heritage archives. You must also have experience of working with databases and a working knowledge of archiving methodologies and practices, particularly with regard to digital material.
