Museum and book archive dating back to 1743. The majority of the collections detail medical history from that date. There is also a  collection of photographs, letters, directives, illustrations, newspaper cuttings, bed/cot plaques and portraits

The book section contains over 2000 journals and books.

The items covering the history of the 2 Infirmaries that have been in Northampton dates back to 1743. The books date back to the 16th century.

The archive is run by 2 volunteers, with 2 Consultants (Medical) as Curators
