This archive is part of Commanet: the community archive network .

Commanet is a registered charity that helps communities to set up and develop local archives using specially designed Commanet software.

Wyke is in the Bradford Metropolitan District in West Yorkshire.

As well as the area of Wyke, the ward includes the adjoining hamlet of Lower Wyke,which is one of four Moravian Settlements established in Yorkshire in the early eighteenth century.
