On the Home Front: Eastside Community Heritage

This is a project carried out under the auspices of Eastside Community Heritage, a charity set up to document the lives of 'ordinary' people who live, or lived, in East London.

This project documents the experiences of people who lived in Newham and wider East London during the Second World War.  The archive contains an on-line education pack, on-line exhibition, on-line oral history transcripts, war posters, war songs and details and photographs of the exhibition launch and War Stories Workshop.
