The History Matters campaign has been created by the leading heritage organisations in England and Wales to draw attention to the contribution of history to all our lives and to encourage more people to get involved.

At the History Matters website you can express support, upload photos and find out what events are happening in your region.

The History Matters campaign was launched in July, 2006.
