I was born at 51 East end Crescent Royston in 1941 I attended both the Junior and Secondary Schools in Royston, I have enjoyed looking through the photos and spotted old school mates, including David Martin who have been trying to make contact with but no luck so far.  Anyone any idea? I left Royston in 1956 when I moved to Preston with my parents. Thank you for the web site it is excellent.

Hi terence, i am really interested to know where abouts Windmill terace was? i lived on Station Road and looking at old maps, Windmill Hill was the big hill we played on as children and Windmill farm was right behind us, i had relatives on Windmill terace but i think the name was Bradley. any info you have would be greatly appreciated as i am trying really hard to find out who used to live in our old house on Station road and bits of info would be great. And i will see what i can find out for you.
