Woburn Sands Collection

The Woburn Sands Collection is a private, online local heritage resource for Woburn Sands and Aspley Heath, on the Beds / Bucks border.

There are approx. 100 pages on the site, consisting of old postcards displayed with the modern view of the same location, genealogical data for family history researchers, (such as parish registers, census data, business directories and other databases) and local history project work into specific places, buildings, artefacts or events.  There are pages on local collectables, such as Goss and Crestware, local bottles and flagons, research into the names on the War Memorial, historical local murders, and the history of our local shops and pubs.

Additions are made whenever possible, and contributions of new research are welcome.
