Milford Historical Record Society

The Milford-on-Sea Historical Record Society was established in 1909 and exists to research local history and to preserve records of Milford and its neighbourhood. The Society has a comprehensive collection of archival material in the forms of maps, photographs, books, recordings, transcripts and other specially compiled records and recollections. Most of this is accessible online in some form via our website.

A programme of lectures is arranged each year and these are held normally on the last Thursday of January, March, May, September and November.

Meetings are held in All Saints Church Hall, Milford-on-Sea, 7:30 for a 7.45 pm start. Coffee/Tea will usually be available beforehand. Visitors are welcome at any lecture for a small fee.

If you are interested in joining or want further details these are available on our website: https://www.milfordhistory.org.uk
